Promoting Tinney Contemporary exhibitions through visual campaigns
From 2023 to 2025, I partnered with Tinney Contemporary to promote and increase visibility for rotating contemporary art exhibitions in a non-traditional exhibition environment. The setting required artwork—and the accompanying promotional materials—to be bold, confident, and capable of standing on their own within a highly active public space. Working alongside Tinney Contemporary, a modern art gallery founded in 2006 and a key contributor to Nashville’s art scene and First Saturday Art Crawl, I assisted in advertising exhibition openings and installations beginning with TEMPTER and continuing through BASH, CLEAR MIRROR, and YIN YANG. These exhibitions engaged a broad audience of locals and visitors alike, expanding access to contemporary art beyond the conventional gallery model. My role focused on promoting opening receptions and exhibitions through cohesive visual assets and event communications, driving attendance while reinforcing Tinney Contemporary’s curatorial voice across a multi-year partnership.
