Leadership Study Mission is an annual civic initiative that convenes more than 100 regional leaders to study peer cities and bring actionable insight back to Nashville’s future planning. From 2018–2022, I directed the full visual identity and creative execution of the program across every touchpoint. I established and evolved the initiative’s brand system, led visual direction for participant materials, collaborated directly with print vendors to oversee production of all physical deliverables, and guided the design of companion apps and digital forums that supported attendees before, during, and after each mission. My work ensured a cohesive, intuitive experience that balanced logistics with storytelling—elevating how participants navigated, documented, and engaged with each trip while maintaining alignment with the program’s civic and strategic goals. Missions during this time included executive visits to Seattle, Austin, and San Diego, where design played a central role in shaping the participant journey across print, digital, and environmental formats.
